A day for the kids and I to celebrate our favorite guy -- Daddy!  Cakes from Vegan Bakery then pumpkin picking with sick kiddos (colds/flu) was both charming but also slightly exhausting for the birthday man.

Cousins!

Late fall has been wedding wild for my cousins -- three cousin weddings in two weeks.  Here are some snaps from Cousin Megan's wedding.  The day after this wedding, the bride, groom and two other cousins schooled me on the go-kart track that was right next to our hotel.  What fun!

James and I rode my bike downtown two days in a row to watch this year's festivities including a parade of pipe bands, lots of fiddlers and a variety of guitars to fulfill James fascination with them.  I love that we live close enough to be able to ride to festivals easily. 

 

James is such a nice combo of sweetie boy who loves to cuddle but also loves hard rock.  You can even see it in the photos below - on the left he is growing like a lion and in the right he is posing in a kilt (as he has learned from his sister, obviously).
