Science!

Alma recently volunteered for a study with Temple University's Developmental Science Lab. They hooked her up to a heart-rate monitor and something to track how often she blinked. Then she watched a video of herself -- either a live feed (basically a mirror) or with a time delay. The researchers were seeing if she responded with more excitement if she saw a mirror (live feed) or if she felt like she was causing an action to occur (the time delay).  They are testing both 3- and 5-months to compare their preferences.  I'm interested to hear the results.

Hooray for science!
