... we didn't realize it was this bad underneath:
Ack. Termites (who were gone before we bought the house), then carpenter bees, and then water damage. Ack x 3! Ugh, houses, amiright?
Here is how it looks this afternoon after nearly six days of contractors pounding on the house. Happily, we now have a nice outdoor space.
